- Where does the stock come from?
- From whatever you already maintain: a dealer management system export, a feed, a spreadsheet, or your existing marketplace listing. You do not keep a second list. Changes at the source appear on the site.
- I am on a marketplace already. Does this replace it?
- No. It runs beside it. The marketplace keeps doing what it does; your own site is where your name ranks, where the buyer sees only your stock, and where the enquiry is yours.
- How quickly is it live?
- The demo with your own cars comes first, so you decide on the real thing. The launch date goes in writing with the scope before you pay anything, and it is a matter of weeks, not months, because the engineering already exists and runs at 130,000 cars.
- What does it cost to leave?
- Nothing beyond the 12-month minimum. After that it is month to month with 30 days' notice. The site runs on your domain throughout, the code is handed to you when the minimum term is complete, and hosting then moves to an account you control. The full answer is on the ownership page.
- Who owns the enquiries?
- You do. They arrive in your inbox and your phone, and they live on infrastructure in your name under a written data-processing agreement. Nobody resells your buyers.
