Acceptance, in writing on every build. Before anything starts you get a written scope: the pages, the stock source and how it updates, the calculations, the forms and where they deliver, and the performance test conditions (Google's mobile Lighthouse test on the agreed pages, run on launch day, target 100, the figure reported). The final instalment is due when the site meets that scope; anything that does not is fixed at our cost before it is due. A 90-day warranty on defects runs from launch, whether or not you take a care plan.
What you own on launch day: the code, in a repository in your name; the hosting and the domain, in your own accounts; the documentation; and the right to walk away with all of it. We take one substantial build at a time, so yours has the attention it is paying for.
Or fix one thing
The free audit names the faults on your homepage. Most single faults are a half day's work on the site you already have, and the price is the same for each: one figure, quoted from the audit, paid when it is fixed and you have checked it. Sign for a build and the three worst faults are fixed free the week you sign, before the build starts.
Care plans
Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice, two months free if you pay a year up front. Each plan's hours are a monthly allowance shared between content edits and development; they do not roll over, and a higher plan replaces the lower one's allowance rather than adding to it. Requests estimated above an hour are scoped and scheduled before work starts; work beyond the available allowance is quoted separately. Hosting, SSL and backups are included; domain renewals, paid plugins, email volume above the hosting plan's limit and paid third-party services are billed at cost, with their setup drawn from the allowance. Support hours are 09:00–17:30 Irish time, Monday to Friday; overseas clients work with us asynchronously, inside each plan's response time.

The five-year number
The cheapest first invoice is rarely the cheapest site. Here is the same comparison we would show you across a table, with the retainer model most agencies sell against a build you own with hosting you pay directly.

Five questions to ask anyone quoting you, and our answers
- Where is the work actually done?
- Here, by the person you are talking to. Nothing is passed to a white-label shop in another time zone without telling you, because nothing is passed anywhere.
- Who can see my enquiry data, and under what agreement?
- You, and us while we build or maintain it, under a written data-processing agreement. Your customers' details never leave infrastructure in your name.
- What happens on day 31?
- The same as day 1. Fixed-price builds carry a 90-day warranty on defects; care plans run month to month; nothing expires when the invoice clears.
- Who owns the code, the hosting and the domain?
- You do, from the first commit. Your repository, your hosting account, your registrar. Written into the quote. (The one exception is the monthly dealer plan, where the code passes to you when the 12-month minimum is complete.)
- What does Google's own speed test say about it?
