Websites for builders merchants: your products on your own site within the hour, and the enquiry on your desk first

You already keep your products up to date for the national chains' websites. The same feed can run a site you own, fast enough to score 100 on Google's own test, where a tradesperson finds the product, sends the enquiry to you, and never sees a competitor's stock beside yours.

What it is like now

  • Your trade customers order from the national chain at 9pm because you have no way to take the order.
  • Prices are per account and the website shows none of them.
  • The catalogue is 20,000 lines in the back-office system and a PDF on the site.

What we build for merchants

  • The full catalogue online from your stock system, with live stock by branch
  • Trade accounts see their own prices and order for delivery or collection
  • Quote requests for bulk and special orders, routed to the right branch
  • Order history and reordering, which is what keeps them off the chain's app

What it looks like in practice

A merchant's trade customers order from the national chain at nine at night because the merchant has no way to take the order. We put the full catalogue online from the stock system with live stock by branch, give trade accounts their own prices and delivery or collection, add quote requests for bulk and specials routed to the right branch, and order history with one-click reorder, which is what keeps them off the chain's app.

What a website costs for builders merchants

Most merchants need the Platform tier, from €20,000, delivered in 10 to 14 weeks, paid 40 / 40 / 20, or 12 monthly payments. That includes your products fed from your own system, a page per product, the filters your buyers use, enquiry capture with alerts, sector pages, structured data, 100/100 on Google's speed test at launch, and your hosting, domain and code in your name.

After launch, most take the Managed care plan at €195 a month: hosting, backups, updates, monitoring, unlimited content edits and two hours of development a month, cancel any month. If the site you have now only needs its faults fixed rather than replacing, single fixes start at €350 and the free audit names them.

Typical ticket for a product in your trade is €50 to €5,000 an order; one enquiry that comes to you instead of to the national chains' websites covers a lot of website. The full menu, with the five-year comparison, is on the pricing page.

Questions merchants ask

Every account has its own prices.
The site shows list prices to the public and each account's own prices after login, pulled from your system so nothing is maintained twice.
Can they order for delivery to site?
Yes, with site addresses saved per account, delivery slots by branch, and a minimum order you set.
Our catalogue is 20,000 lines.
That is normal. The proof site runs 130,000 items with sub-second search; 20,000 product lines with live stock is well inside what the same engineering handles.

Check your own site first

Free, on screen in seconds. The faults a tradesperson actually hits on your homepage, and what each one costs you.

Free, on screen in about ten seconds, no call. We fetch your homepage once, the way a visitor's browser does, and nothing else.

Before you compare quotes

Five questions to ask anyone quoting you, and our answers

Where is the work actually done?
Here, by the person you are talking to. Nothing is passed to a white-label shop in another time zone without telling you, because nothing is passed anywhere.
Who can see my enquiry data, and under what agreement?
You, and us while we build or maintain it, under a written data-processing agreement. Your customers' details never leave infrastructure in your name.
What happens on day 31?
The same as day 1. Fixed-price builds carry a 90-day warranty on defects; care plans run month to month; nothing expires when the invoice clears.
Who owns the code, the hosting and the domain?
You do, from the first commit. Your repository, your hosting account, your registrar. Written into the quote.
What does Google's own speed test say about it?
100/100 at launch on every build we ship, or you do not pay the final instalment. Run it yourself, on any page of the proof site, right now.
